NOTE: the major change is that I've changed the IDE device names to
something more palatable to Mark Lord, Gadi Oxman and Erik Andersen,
your friendly IDE gurus.
The legacy names have not changed, of course.
This is against 2.1.104-pre1. Highlights of this release:
- Support legacy device nodes
- Fixed bug where recreated inodes were hidden
- New IDE naming scheme: everything is under /dev/ide
