PC Speaker patch for 2.1.105

The PC Speaker driver patch, updated to the latest kernel, is again up for ftp
from ftp://dwmw2.robinson.cam.ac.uk/pub/kernel/patch-pcsp-2.1.105

Note that this is not the official version. The author of the driver is
Michael Beck, and his version is available from ftp.dresearch.de. It applies
to kernel 2.1.99, and needs some modification to fit into 2.1.105, which is
all that I can take credit for.

This patch is now based on the latest version of Michael's driver, v1.3.
