McVoy distributed source code control

Did Larry McVoy post here saying that he was working on a distributed
sccs? I thought he did, and that he said there was a pointer on his
home page, but I've looked and cannot see it.

If anybody knows more, please pass a message to me ... (I am actually
chasing references to distributed dependency updates, but I want to
look at this anyway).
