I'm running a cyrix and a cmi8330 sound chip.
On 2.0.34 sound & cpu info is OK but no midi.
On 2.1.105 patch ac2 cpuinfo reports

Sound works on105 enabling :

_ADLIB=M
_YM3812=M
I use isapnptools to setup the cmi8330 on boot
and configure config.modules as per the readme
modules in the source (ac3 seems to do this also).
However I can't get MIDI or the config script
to set up /dev/audio(dsp) or /dev/midi; although
the kernel seems to call dsp when I play a wav.
