#1 cdda2wav (reading of raw cd audio) does not work with cdu31a
#2 sometimes mounting the cdrom gets "stuck" and cdu31a is unusable

If, however, it actually does make it past the mounting stage.. It's
rather stable, at least here on 2.1.105 UP kernel...

I'd especially like to here from anyone who has cdda2wav working with
cdu31a and recent 2.1.xx kernels.
