I've got pppd demand-dialing to dynamic-ip on linux as my localnet's internet gateway.
It required some twiddling to get the route commands in /etc/ppp/ip-up right. I'll
send you a copy if you'd like. Also took _quite_ some fiddling to the the ipchains
packet routing right. If there are any sysadmin gurus that'd like to inspect/correct
my setup, please email me.
