No I don't. But when I do a mount from a secured part
of the system (chroot()ed install disk), I _do_ want
the truth in the 'main' system...
This would argue for an update process of /proc/mounts
that keeps the chrootedness of the mount process in
mind. Plus of course a reporting function that keeps
the chrootedness of the viewer in mind...
