aic7xxx 5.1.0pre4 Success!!

I'm happy to report that for the first time since 5.0.14 (I think) I have
successfully booted without the no_reset switch using 5.1.0pre4.

Naturally I only discovered this after spending and hour writing down all
the debug output from pre3. Logged back on the net and decided to check
Doug's site before mailing him the report. Found pre4 and tried it. :)

Great job Doug!! Thank you for all the work you're putting into the
driver.

fwiw: 2940UW BIOS 1.25
2.0.35 patched with 5.1.0pre4
it's playing nicely with an old 152x I use for my ZIP drive
