Hi,
I managed to get one of these messages today with a stock 2.1.110
kernel. The messages is from kernel/signal.c ... The machine seemed fine
afterwards, though there was a slight pause (~1 sec) just before the
message came up. gcc 2.7.2.3 compiled kernel, nearly 4 days uptime.
I've also been getting a small number of:

recvmsg bug: copied 0 seq 299D89D9
recvmsg bug: copied 0 seq 299D89D9
recvmsg bug: copied 0 seq 139F68BE

to no ill effect.
