devfs patch v46 available

Hi, all. Version 46 of my devfs patch is now available from:
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~rgooch/linux/kernel-patches.html
The devfs FAQ is also available here.

This is against 2.1.112-pre1. Highlights of this release:

- Ported to kernel 2.1.112-pre1

- Removed harmless "unused variable" compiler warning

- Fixed modes for manually recreated device nodes
