devfs patch v47 available

Hi, all. Version 47 of my devfs patch is now available from:
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~rgooch/linux/kernel-patches.html
The devfs FAQ is also available here.

This is against 2.1.112-pre1. Highlights of this release:

- Added NULL devfs inode warning in <devfs_read_inode>

- Force all inode nlink values to 1
