Hi,
I just installed 2.1.112 with devfs-47 and the devfs-framebuffer patch,
plus the VCC patch written by smilax@mindmeld.dyn.ml.org.
I just experienced a rather interesting problem on tty2:
In lynx, when entering a URL, if I hit the UP arrow key, it cancels the URL
entry instead of going to the previously entered URL--a keyboard problem most
likely.
Furthermore, when I exited lynx I switched to tty1 and then back to tty2 real
quick--now I have what was the upper-half of tty1 at the bottom of tty2. tty1
is okay, but that chunk of what-was tty1 is still there, PLUS tty2's screen
memory is pushed up half-a-screen -- I can only view and scroll the first
upper part of tty2.
Even when entering an SVGAlib application, coming back I still can only scroll
the top half of the screen with the bottom half [full of colorful gibberish
due SVGAlib using that video RAM for its own graphics]

S3 803/805 VGA chipset. Haven't been able to use VESAfb though, although I
think that's because it doesn't support VESA 2.0 extensions.
