I can see libel lawsuits agenst the site by people who get bad reports..
Tho if you can get a lawyer to make sure everything is kept legal I'm sure
people would love it...
After that you would need to find someplace to put it and someone to do
the work (It would not be easy I'm sure)..
I look forward to seeing what comes of this..
