You PROPABLY want to try the lattest 5.1.0 series AIC7XXX driver
beta available at:
ftp://ftp.dialnet.net/pub/linux/aic7xxx/
You don't mention, if you have "Magic SysReq" facility configured, or not.
(And if even though keystrokes stopped working)
Using that lattest 5.1.0 driver (and lattest RAID0 drivers) did solve
my problems in 2.1.112 (Uniprocessor Alpha system).
