This could be slightly misleading. *Something* has to set up these
MTRRs. In time, this will be done automatically by the FBcon driver of
XFree86. Right now, the user/sysadmin needs to fiddle with /proc/mtrr.
It's true that individual X clients don't need to worry about it.
