[2.1.11[2-5]] Problems with vgacon and latin1 support.

Hi,
I've had this problem with vgacon in kernels 2.1.11[2-5]. I don't have any
framebuffer stuff compiled in the kernel.

In my init scripts I have the following commands:

setfont lat1-16.psf
loadunimap lat1.uni

On kernel 2.1.111 (and earlier) this worked OK. With later kernels I have
to do a second "loadunimap lat1.uni" from the shell prompt after login. I
also have to execute loadunimap after exiting X to regain support for the
latin1 character set.
