waiting milliseconds

I try to make my driver waiting some milliseconds.
I reed about jiffies and tried to get sleep with
"current->timeout = (delay / 10); ...." for a time of 20msec.
The problem is that I use C++ and I can't include linux/sched.h because
of a line that includes "asmlinkage" (whatever that is).
So is there an other way to way for milliseconds?
