Hmm, thats odd...

The machine I'm using now to write this email is Cyrix 110Mhz (PR133Mhz)
running as a server, with X windows, and Netscape.

1:29am up 11 days, 9:57, 2 users, load average: 0.05, 0.01, 0.00
39 processes: 38 sleeping, 1 running, 0 zombie, 0 stopped
CPU states: 0.5% user, 1.1% system, 1.6% nice, 98.4% idle

As you can see, it's running now for 11 days without stopping. I'm using
kernel 2.0.35 (without pre-patches).

My suggestion: check your hardware carefully (IMHO) and specially memory
SIMM/DIMM's...
