If you mail me the knfsd script I'll fix it for you.
The script that comes with linux-nfs-0.4.22 doesn't have 'status',
where did you get the one you are using?
The problem is that rpc.knfsd shows up as (nfsd). This breaks
pidof and killall. If you use nfsd instead of rpc.knfsd it should
work.
