Because the 2.0 code doesn' t use the DMA chipset as 2.1 does. The only
chipset that locks in such usage (disable_dma()enable_dma() inside irq
handler after the DMA transaction) is the VIA xxx one so I think that is
VIA xxx buggy and not all other chipset that are buggy because they works
fine. I never read specs though.
