change 'extern int initmem_freed;' to 'int initmem_free=1;' in
drivers/video/fbcon.c. This isn't a fix, but it ALWAYS disables the
logo I believe so it should boot. I don't use the logo anyways so it
makes no difference to me.
delete the implementation of strnicmp in vfat/namei.c.
Then it worked fine.
