FYI, I just bought this very book. It's titled "Linux Device Drivers", by
Alessandro Rubini. Several of the guys including Alan Cox has peer-
reviewed the book, and I've just read the first two chapters. It's BLOODY
good! I rate this the Buell *A*1* Buy of the Year. and it's US$29.95 but I
got it for US$25 from MicroCenter here in the States. One little niggle is
that it only covers kernels from 1.2.13 up to 2.1.43. Later kernels may
differ substantially. Anyone want to comment on this?
Cheers,
Alex
