[2.1.123] Sound-Blaster modules not loading again, but no OOPS

I thought that sound modules were loading and unloading properly with
2.1.123-pre3. However, they are not loading again with 2.1.123 final.
Sound WORKS though, and no oopses are produced. However, soundcore
won't unload, because it has an extra (improper) use count of 1 after
all other sound modules have unloaded.

This is may be really simple to fix... just wanted to broadcast the
warning.
