The only program like that that I know of is for a Windows BBS package
called PowerBBS. The program, PowerMail, turns mailing lists into "Virtual
Newsgroups".
As far as the "powertrip" that Linus is supposedly on, he ain't on one. If
people would quit griping about his refusal to accept 500kb+ patches with
little or no explanation, and possibly duplicated code segments, and check
his pre-patches more carefully, he may be more easily pleased.
