It most definately supports it. In fact, I bought the card specifically
for that reason.

ttyS01 at 0x02f8 (irq = 3) is a ST16650V2

Since the card has 'multiplier' type jumpers, I set it to x4 and set linux
to 115K. 230Kx2 and 460Kx1 didn't work :(

I hate to say it, but in that 'other' OS, it works fine :)
