We are not a Linux vendor, we design and sell PCI cards. However, we will
preinstall Linux and drivers for our device for the cost of shipping
the computer to us and back. We will also order, configure and install the
computer for you, with our hardware, if desired.
This is how we deal with the install difficulties. Needless to say, our
boards are expensive enough that we can afford this kind of personal
service, and our customers tend to be repeat business. However, it is
a hell of a lot less time to install Linux and drivers then to debug the
broken NT installations that customers sometimes present to us:-)
There are ways of coping with the problems customers think they see.
