Not everywhere - there are many different standards about
how to write the result of say 15707963/500 =
a) 31415.926
b) 31,415.926
c) 31.415,926
d) 31 415,926
etc.
All depending on the country where the one who writes it
lives.
* Hovewer for the /proc interface I think that a) is *
* JUST FINE *

PPS. And the formatting of the fractional part differs
