devfs patch v76 available

Hi, all. Version 76 of my devfs patch is now available from:
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~rgooch/linux/kernel-patches.html
The devfs FAQ is also available here.

This is against 2.1.127. Highlights of this release:

- Updated an email address in ChangeLog

- CONFIG_DEVFS_ONLY replaced with "only" boot option
