problem in sb module and cvs kernel

Hi, for a while in the cvs kernel I haven't been able to use sound at all
with my SB AWE64. Everything compiles ok, but when I try to load the sb
module, I get this error.

potter:/usr/src/linux/Documentation/sound# insmod sb io=0x220 irq=5 dma=1
dma16=5 mpu_io=0x330
/lib/modules/2.1.127/misc/sb.o: unresolved symbol mod_firmware_load_R39e3dd23
It's been like this for a while, anyone know how I can satisfy that
symbol? Are the directions in Documentation/sound/AWE32 wrong?
