I reported this problem to the list a week or so ago :o) Let's hope Ted
Tytso fixes it for e2fsprogs-1.13.

A workaround is to disable the -DHAVE_LINUX_MAJOR_H macros since it
doesn't seem to be necessary - in the e2fsprogs, it's used primarily as a
sanity check.
