2.1 file table overflow

been running 2.1.129 on our webserver (dual PPro 200, intel PR440FX MB,
col 1.1) for 13 days now and it just started giving me file table
overflows. This happened before and I increased the file-max to 10240 and
now it's at that mark..never seen this server get that high before.
Possibly a leak somewhere (kernel or otherwise)? Known bug for 129?

I put on 131 last night, so we'll see how this goes.

OH! Stupid question, what's the different between the straight kernels
and these ACx kernels?
