Im pretty sure they'll go through. The user space view is fully back
compatible. Its only because iBCS2 uses kernel includes and the like
it actually notices the difference. Its up to you which you do. Right now
only DB2 is likely to depend on the change being made.

Alexey's patches tend to do strange things the first couple of iterations
so no. When Alexey is happy with them they'll migrate from the CVS tree to
the main code via Dave Miller.
