APM on Laptop Broken Still

Who can I talk to to help work on my broken laptop with Pheonix-4.05
bios. If I suspend, it looks nice, the resume looks good until a few
seconds later I get the "hda: Interrupt lost" or such. This is currently
2.1.131-ac5.

I'm willing to be a guinea pig since I'm not a good coder.
