the short answer is - yes, there are some known problems with _some_
Fujitsu drives and UDMA - you would have to search their web site to
determine which ones are affected. Sorry I can't be more specific but I
don't have any UDMA Fujitsu drives but did run into a problem with a
seagate drive.
