"Reserved" memory is usually reserved for the BIOS (4K, DOSEMU needs
it), memory-mapped I/O (there is the 384K memory hole on any PC that
can run DOS)... where the remaining 20K goes I'm not sure, but I would
guess it is probably something similar.
