I have a problem with corrupted CDROM directory listings using 2.2-final and
large directories (for example the RPMS directory on a RH 5.2 CD.)
BUG Report Below:

Corruption of retrieval of large directory listing from CD-ROM drive. (Large
directory example being RPMS directory on a RH 5.2 CD.)

When 'ls'ing or using 'mc' to view a directory, output is truncated and
corrupted and syslog out is as follows:
