I am seeing a problem happening on my HP Vectra systems running 2.2.1,
as well as -ac1, -ac2, -ac3. All the affected system have an IBM ISA
token ring card with modular support, and are running kde-1.1-pre2.
I see the oops when the system goes into runlevel 5, when starting kdm
(xdm does not trigger the bug) - the system starts dumping kernel
messages on the console until shut down.
The oops is instantly repeatable, every time.
Regards, Joel

Here is the ksymoops output:
Options used: -V (default)
-o /lib/modules/2.2.1-ac3/ (default)
-k /proc/ksyms (default)
-l /proc/modules (default)
-m /usr/src/linux/System.map (default)
-c 1 (default)
You did not tell me where to find symbol information. I will assume
that the log matches the kernel and modules that are running right now
and I'll use the default options above for symbol resolution.
If the current kernel and/or modules do not match the log, you can get
more accurate output by telling me the kernel version and where to find
map, modules, ksyms etc. ksymoops -h explains the options.
Warning in compare_ksyms_lsmod, module nfs is in lsmod but not in ksyms, probably no symbols exported
Warning in compare_ksyms_lsmod, module nfsd is in lsmod but not in ksyms, probably no symbols exported
