I'm on a 500 MHz AlphaPC164LX w/128M, using XF86_3DLabs (with a FireGL
3000 card). Works fine for me under 2.2.3.

Time is very sawtooth on Alpha right now, but 2.2.3-ac1 has a patch that
smoothes it out a bit (don't know if it fixes it completely) so if you
think it's time related you should try that.
