I'm puzzled... something is strange here and I'm wondering where's missing piece?
Suppose that I issue this commands:

What happened to my loopback interface(it's name is empty)?
Trying to set it back fails miserably:
root@taz:~# ip link set lo down
ioctl: No such device
root@taz:~# ip link set '' down
Invalid "txqueuelen" value
root@taz:~# ip link set '' name lo
Invalid "txqueuelen" value
root@taz:~# ip link set '' txqueuelen 100
Invalid "txqueuelen" value
root@taz:~# ip link set lo txqueuelen 100
SIOCGIFXQLEN: No such device
root@taz:/usr/src/iproute2# ip -V
ip utility, iproute2-ss990417
Any ideas?
