Serial BH vs. Immediate BH

Hi,
i noticed the problem with the limited number of BH handlers and
many serial multiport cards registering their own bottom half.

How are bottom halfs shareable and is it acceptable to use serial_bh
and/or immediate_bh for a serial multiport card ?
