Every now and again I get my /var/lib/nfs/{rmtab,xtab} files filled
with lines reading:

YPBINDPROC_DOMAIN: Domain not bound

is there any reason for this? Cures? It's only ever happened on one
particular RH 5.1 box, upgraded by hand to 2.2.x (been running it like
this since at least 2.1.106, only started having trouble around
2.2.2ish).
