Hi,

just to let everyone know that I finally found the solution:

The Windoze Control Panel/Config stuff is broken. You have to
use a DOS utility that resides in C:\THINKPAD called ps2.exe

ps2 se enable
ps2 sera enable
ps2 sera add 1
ps2 ? sera

This does the job. Enjoy....
