2.2.13pre11 kernel errors, tr0/xserver-svga

My original posts involved 2.2.13pre11 and ipx issues apparently related to
the olicom pci token-ring card I was using. The card has been changed to an
IBM Auto 16/4 ISA card and the kernel recompiled for that support (not as a
module). Originally the card settings were not using PnP, but are now, with
analogous results AFAICT.

The system boots and experiences no slowdown when ipxd starts (which was the
problem with the olicom card). The kernel sends out what for me appears to
be weird messages concerning the card attempting to set functional addresses.
Additionally, dmesg reveals a never-before seen problem with the xserver.
This problem manifests itself on startup of xdm. Finally I note the token
ring card's ISRP_EVEN error. This is currently 04, but has been 05 when I
moved the mem. address around to 0xa24. Same things happend then as well.

The errors are pretty meaningless to me, but I certainly want to resolve
them unless they are harmless (if such errors exist).

I haven't yet encountered a problem stemming from this initial clash in the
operations of X (not enough time to experiment, perhaps? :) but ??? The
net connection appears to work as well.

Does anyone know what the issue may be here? I'm including a partial of
kern.log below which reflects dmesg. Following that is the ifconfig for
tr0.

Thanks for any help/thoughts!
