Hi there,
I am using Debian 2.1 with glibc 2.1.
The output of the program which you gave is as follows
$ gcc -lncurses lxtemp.c
/usr/bin/ld: cannot open -lncurses: No such file or directory
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
