fdomain driver only sees 3 of 4 drives without DO_DETECT under both 2.0.x and 2.2.12

This driver is being loaded as a module.
I think I remember someone saying that to have more than some amount of
drives detected one needed to adjust some define that set the amount of
extra SCSI drive definitions or something like that. Could somebody tell
me what that parameter was. Thank you.
