[patch] 2.3.22 documentation for the Athlon-option

Hi,

in 2.3.22 there's no documentation for the Athlon-option when
configuring. I'm not sure if code optimized for the Pentium Pro runs on
the Athlon. If it runs the patch below updates the documentation for the
help when configuring. If not the documentation needs a bit more of
overworking.
