Fix netscape:
The vast majority of us are going to violently agree with
you on this one.
However netscape is a black box, a binary from a vendor, and
in fact getting Netscape to produce even a binary that supports
a non-x86 Linux system is a pain let alone fix bugs like that
which is under question here.
That said, I still think there is no reason to turn keepalive on all
the time. Even with buggy applications which you can't get the
vendor to fix.
