Cpufreq on Conroe chip

Hello,

does anyone know whether latest Intel's chips Intel Core 2 Duo supports more
than just two frequency states (2.13GHz and 1.6GHz for 6400 model)?

Or does it look like speedstep-centrino issue for such processors?
