Indeed. I posted about this the other day. ext2 is welcome to 'barf', but
it's not welcome to take out my entire bloody machine just for the sake of
it. What is wrong with gracefully failing the mount, I don't know! Instead
we'll just hang immediately and risk data loss... better hope that fsck at
next boot goes ok >-/
