I just tried this after recompiling 2.1.35, and still come up with the
same problem. What I had thought was the problem, was actually not. I thought
the problem was that I had uncommented out the INSTALL_PATH=/boot line, to put
the images in the boot directory, instead of having them in the top directory.
I tried it with it commented, and still had the same problem. there is one
more thing that I will try, which is to put the image back in the / dir and
set the entry in lilo.conf to point back at the / directory. if that works,
then that works, but I'd like to have the system table and the images stored
in the /boot directory. If this doesn't work, I'll post logs, and could
someone show us what we may be doing wrong here? Ta!!
